A study (linked to the german page) carried out by Hamburg University, HITeC e. V. and Sopra Steria Consulting provides a comprehensive analysis of the topic DIGITAL EXCELLENCE. The result: Energy companies are under a lot of pressure, e.g. to create and integrate digital communication channels to their customers and partners or to establish agile and data-driven development processes for digital products. The findings are based on workshops and interviews with economics and administration experts on digitalisation as well as a quantitative assessment survey.
